Newfoundland Salt Company’s finishing seaweed sea salt* is a collaboration with 7 Fathoms of Grates Cove. Courtney, Terrance and their daughter Phoenix hand harvest the seaweed for us to use in our seaweed salt. 

*finishing sea salt is normally added at the end of the cooking process
